Read this before relying on any figure
These disclosures govern every mark, interval, scorecard, and packet on the Service. They are part of, and incorporated into, the Terms of Service.
Illustrative / backtest, not live marks
Unless explicitly labelled otherwise, everything on the Service is illustrative / backtest — a replay of publicly reported events carrying provenance: backtest. Backtest figures are not live, real-time, or executable. The live-versus-backtest distinction is encoded in the data contract's meta fields and must not be weakened, hidden, or misrepresented.
Indicative valuations only
Marks are indicative valuation estimates, not quotations, bids, offers, or transactable prices, and do not represent amounts at which any security could be bought or sold. Conformal intervals express modeled uncertainty under stated assumptions and provide no guarantee that a realized outcome will fall within any interval.
Not investment advice
The Service is information only. Nothing on it is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, or a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any security or other instrument. Meridian Zero LLC (d/b/a Pegasus Three Sixty) is not your broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, or fiduciary, and provides no personalized advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should obtain independent professional advice.
Non-custodial; not a marketplace
Meridian Zero LLC (d/b/a Pegasus Three Sixty) and Spearhead form a non-custodial information product. We do not hold client funds, securities, or assets, and we do not operate execution, order matching, clearing, settlement, custody, payout, or wallet workflows. The Service is not an exchange, prediction market, brokerage, custodian, or discretionary adviser.
Derived solely from public events
All figures are derived solely from publicly reported events — such as funding rounds, tenders, and secondary prints — each carrying source attribution. We do not use material non-public information. Public sources may be incomplete, delayed, revised, or inaccurate, and private markets are illiquid and opaque, so inputs and outputs may be wrong or stale.
Provided “as is”; no warranty
The Service and all data are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that figures are correct or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian Zero LLC (d/b/a Pegasus Three Sixty) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from the Service or reliance on any figure.
